Music Monday - Looking Hot
Well another Monday is here and once again it means that it is Music Monday and today's music video is from a band that I have shared with you before but something that I really had to share with you as it is a great video and features some amazing fashion styling.
Today's film is from No Doubt and their recent hit called 'Looking Hot' and Miss Gwen Stefani is looking smoking hot in this video as always but the guys in the band are giving her a run for her money by looking amazing too.
My favorite look that Gwen is wearing is the red dress. I love everything about this Look; the dress that shows off Gwen's amazing figure, the tribal accessories but especially the hair and make up. It really does show why she is a fashion icon.

Fashion Film Friday - Wisharawish: A Moment

is here again and you all know what that means it Fashion Film Friday! I hope
that your week has been a good one and you are all busy organising your
wardrobe for an action packed weekend.
Today's film that I am sharing with you features the 2013 collection of Wisharawish. I love the simplicity of this film as it is truly a film all about the collection. It shows the pieces close up and the details and craftsmanship in these are beautiful. The collection features pieces using a monochrome colour palette which is bang on trend for this season.

I also love the fact that this film shows the influence of
the collection, you really get a feel for the hardness of the industrial pieces
like concrete and metal then get a glimpse of the softness of the nature in the
sense of the tree branches.

This has been executed skilfully in to the
collection and my favourite piece is the skirt that features all the folded
angled pleats.

Music Monday - Fighter
Happy Monday everyone! For today's Music Monday video, I am going back to the achieves to share with you a song that many of you may have forgotten about. It is a song that I loved when it was first released and when I saw the video on MTV I was blown away by its beauty.
You may have guessed by now that todays video is fighter by Christina Aguilera. The video has been directed by Floria Sigismondi and tells the story of Christina's beautiful transformation from been a venerable heartbroken woman in to someone that has found inner strength, belief and is now unbreakable.

For me this video, as I am sure it is for many of the creatives that I work with, is something that influences me to create powerful, dark yet twistingly beautiful imagery. I really do love this video from start to finish. I particularly love the eye make up that represents the beautiful free fluttering butterflies.

So all that is left for me to say is get ready to be blown away and inspired by the powerfully beautiful video for Fighter...enjoy!
