That’s the look of fashion - Idol Magazine Issue 5

Regular readers of Blog Behind the Look will remember that back in January I shared with you a teaser film for the upcoming issue of Idol Magazine. Click here to read the post.

Well I am very excited to share with you all today the cover images from the issue. For this shoot I worked with my usual team who all have amazing visions and expectations plus some new members due to the scale of the shoot. 

The theme of the issue was ‘Power’ and me, Michael, Bunny and Lorna came up with the concept of the creating an editorial called ‘Dark Stars’ that took inspiration from the Zodiac.

The editorial features 2 front covers and a 14 page spread within the magazine. It was a very ambitious editorial as we created 12 looks using styling, lighting, props and hair & make up that had a different feeling and concept in order to create each star sign.
